Refund Policy
At Smart Salem, we are committed to providing high-quality medical fitness and health services that meet your needs and help you achieve your residency visa and health goals. To ensure that we can continue to offer exceptional services to all our customers, we have established the following No Refund Policy:
- Policy Overview: All sales of our services are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Service Satisfaction: We strive to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with a service, please bring it to our attention immediately. We will work with you to address any concerns and find a suitable solution.
- Pre-payment Requirement: Pre-payment or purchase is required for all services.
- Validity: All services must be availed within 3 months of the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions associated with the specific service. Any services not availed within 3 months of the date of purchase will be forfeited.
- Non-transferability: Our services are non-transferable and cannot be shared between more than one person or transferred to another service.
- Non-exchangeable: Once services have been purchased they cannot be refunded, upgraded, downgraded, or exchanged for another service.
- Promotional Offers: Promotional offers are for a limited time only and are subject to availability. Smart Salem reserves the right to end a promotional offer or amend pricing at any time without prior notification or advertisement.
- Additional Terms: Promotions or offers may have other terms and conditions not listed here. Please review the specific terms and conditions for promotions or offers before proceeding.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In the case of extraordinary circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies), please contact us directly. While our general policy is no refunds, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise and will consider each case on an individual basis. In any event no service may be availed more than 12 months after the date of purchase.
- Medical Fitness: If applicable, once a medical fitness application is created the application creation fee is non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary to request a refund of the medical fitness test fee itself. Medical fitness test refunds are not the responsibility of Smart Salem. All medical fitness refund requests must be processed directly by Dubai Health. Our staff will assist you with this process.

The following terms apply to all sales, services and promotions issued or advertised by Smart Salem.
Our services may be subject to VAT at 5% or 0%, or may be outside of the scope of VAT. All prices stated in our website are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
