Smart Salem Medical Center Limited, Smart Salem Medical Center LLC and Smart Salem Medical Center 3 FZ LLC (collectively “Smart Salem”, “we” or “us”) values your privacy. Cashback offer Terms and conditions:

  • AED 300 cashback is available to customers who book and complete a visa medical test renewal at Smart Salem between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026.
  • Each completed visa medical test renewal is eligible for the one-time AED 300 cashback. The cashback cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
  • The AED 300 credit must be redeemed at any Smart Salem center (Dubai Knowledge Park, Index Tower, City Walk).
  • The cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Smart Salem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
  • The cashback offer is valid between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026 inclusively.
  • The offer excludes all visa medical and government services, as well as the following health and wellness services: Body Composition Analysis, All Vaccinations, Fit to Travel Certificate.

Terms & Conditions – Join the 100 Club

  • Entry into the campaign is open through multiple channels.
  • The campaign runs for six weeks, with a total of 100 Preventative Health Screenings to be awarded during this period through different channels combined.
  • Winners who entered via online will be selected weekly throughout the campaign period, through an official draw witnessed by an independent adjudicator.
  • Multiple entries are permitted, and all valid entries will remain eligible for subsequent weekly draws until the end of the campaign.
  • Winners will be contacted via direct message and/or phone and must respond within 48 hours. If no response is received after two contact attempts, a new winner may be selected.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
  • All prizes must be redeemed by 30 September 2026.
  • The Company has the right to amend  these Terms & Conditions during the campaign period.
  • The company reserves the right to disqualify any fraudulent or invalid entries.
