RELAY ROBOT

My role is extremely important as I serve two critical functions; I transport precious blood samples as well as passports of UAE Visa applicants. When a customer completes his blood test, I transport the blood sample to our onsite lab. Once the Visa stamping is completed by GDRFA, I deliver the passport back to our VIP customer

HOSPITALITY ROBOT

With my polite mannerisms, I serve coffee & tea while people enjoy being in our center. Thanks to our zero waiting time, it’s usually that they are waiting for a loved one to complete their medical fitness test, but more often than not, it’s just an excuse to meet me.

BUTLER ROBOT

I was made to serve & delight customers. I am fast & go to places others don’t, to ensure everyone in our center stays well hydrated. Thanks to our ever-increasing customer visits, I also collect customer feedback to maintain & increase our customer satisfaction rate of 97%.

WATER ROBOT

What’s more important than caffeine? H2O, of course! When the rest of the robot team are busy serving our customers, I make sure everyone gets the hydration they need to keep them safe & happy in our center.

UV ROBOT

While the rest of the robots have it easy, I work overtime!

I detect a customer’s temperature by day & kill viruses by night. My special UV lights disinfect the center, ensuring our valuable customers stay safe during their visit to Smart Salem.

SMART KIOSK

Our Smart self-service kiosks are used upon arrival to our center. The Smart kiosks register each VIP client, automatically creating a customer profile & entering them into the digital queuing system simply by scanning an original passport and/or Emirates ID. The digital queue guides each client throughout the customer journey in Smart Salem.

Using advanced technology of Iris scanning & facial recognition for customer identification & verification, we provide the highest levels of security to our customers.

Using touchless payment, we accept all forms of digital payment from Credit cards & Debit cards, to Apple & Samsung Pay.

SMART TABLE

While the rest of the robots have it easy, I work overtime!

Whilst in our center, help yourself to a complimentary beverage or charge your smart phone using one of our Smart tables. Smart Salem Medical Center is equipped with revolutionary AI-driven features that will make your visit safer, faster & a lot more fun!

INTERNET OF THINGS

The AI Pod is an IoT hub that measures vital signs such as, blood pressure, height, weight & temperature. Data is analysed with Biodata of age & sex, to assess any possible health risks or irregular parameters that require attention from one of our healthcare professionals.

Once all data is collected, results are sent to one of our onsite physicians who will make a final assessment on a customer’s health. Results are sent electronically, thus reducing time & eliminating possible errors.

SMART ALEXA

We are an Alexa-equipped facility so that general information, such as weather, breaking news & the latest COVID-19 information is readily accessible by simply asking Alexa your questions without touching a thing.

SMART IMAGING

As required for medical fitness screening for UAE Residency, standard digital chest X-Rays are used to screen for potential infections. Using the latest AI technology, we are able to screen for lung abnormalities & early signs of Tuberculosis.

SMART MIRRORS

Our washrooms are equipped with Smart mirrors to provide you the latest updates on weather, news & COVID-19 precautionary measures, keeping you up to date while admiring your own reflection.

SAFETY IS SMART

Smart Salem is a “clean center” & as such, we do not permit anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms. For your safety, we follow a strict daily sanitization process so you can rest assured of your safety whilst visiting our center.

SMART GLASS

At Smart Salem, we believe that our VIP customers have their right to their privacy. Smart films been installed on our windows for privacy in our patient rooms. For the purpose of sustainability, we have used solar heat technology to darken our outer glass in order to maintain a consistent ambient temperature & to save on energy consumption

SMART HAND WASH

At Smart Salem, we believe in sustainable business practices in order to save our planet. Using one of our Smart Wash stations can save up to 90% of water used as compared to a traditional basin. Our Smart Wash also saves up to 60% of hand tissue & soap used in comparison to traditional hand washing methods. Implementing Smart Wash stations saves water and helps us to do a small part towards protecting the environment.

SMART AUTOMATION CONTROL PANEL

Smart Salem Medical Center has one central application that is able to control all lights, air quality, sound, & the door transparency / fogginess, as well as operations. Smart Salem makes use of this innovative technology in order to maintain optimal energy efficiency abiding by the UAE’s sustainability standards.
